Roots Restaurant and Bar - Vancouver

It’s the place to go. The food and service is always spot on. There were 5 of us, but only three different mains were ordered. Salmon, halibut and pork chops. Go there, you’ll love it.

Delicious recipes. Creative but simple cocktails. Well targeted selection of wines by the glass. High energy crowd this Friday night.

We stop at Roots every year when in Portland for the LPGA event —-by far the top 5 experience every year. Always consistent-always fresh! Rich is a great waiter and shares some stories of the food and wine !!!

Roots by far is the best fine dinning restaurant in Southwest Washington! The first coarse and main course offerings are the best you will ever have! The service is also flawless. The Roots Bourbon Classic Old Fashioned is the best in the USA. I have had Bourbon Old Fashions in high end restaurants in almost every state and none came close to Roots! It’s by far our favorite restaurant!

My husband and I have enjoyed (and LOVED) Roots from the day it opened…many great moments AND TERRIFIC FOOD have kept us returning ever since.
