3 Quarters Full Cafe - Vancouver

The woman with short hair is miss Lin. I needed to use a washroom and asked her to use it. She said no and told me to buy food to use it. Later on she called the police when I tried to warn patrons of how rude she is. She then called the police and said I punched her in the face, grabbed her overly sized black rimed glasses, said I made death threats, I supposedly used the washroom and slammed the door on her face. I had to go to court to plead my innocence and they sent the police to send her a request for further information at the police station. I have a dvd and saw her lie again to the police. This time she said I used my forearm to push her. They knew she was lying. She tried to ruin my life and career over a washroom request. I don’t know why she’s still employed.

Customer service was decent. Until the bill came. Total was way more than expected. Turns out, the price on the menu is not accurate. Updated price is ~25-30% more than what is indicated on the menu. When we brought this discrepancy to the staff, they pointed to a sign by the counter. All 3 of us had missed it. Nowhere on the menu does it indicate the price change.As a business, the menu you present to your customers should reflect your actual price. Yes, they posted ONE sign, and all THREE of us missed. I suppose that’s on us. Next time I’ll be sure to read EVERY word of handwritten notices.Additional note: the sign asks that we double check pricing on UBER EATS. We were dine-in customers.

Customer service was what’s expected of a counter order. Everything was fine until we received the bill. Total was around 30% more than expected.They told us the prices in the menu on their window and at their counter were incorrect as there had been pricing increases. At no point were we made aware of this before or after ordering until the bill came.Server was rude, looking at the reviews from the past year this has happened multiple times, leading me to believe that this is just a scam they run to overcharge customers as payment was after we received the food. It was also strange that you ordered at the counter and paid after you had eaten? Scam scam scam.Putting in a charge back on our credit card.

Completely dishonest shopkeeper, that short hair staff overcharged me and lied about moving in two weeks so they didn’t update the menu with the raised prices. I asked about cancelling my takeout order and was refused. Anyways, I’m not letting it slide. It’s outrageous that I read the reviews here and same thing happened two months ago. I just filed complaints with Canadian anti-fraud centre and customer protection BC. I have all the evidences with me. All I wish is just no one’s gonna fall into the same trick again.

Great Taiwanese cafe tucked away off the main drag. The one bit I had to protest: they close too early! I meant to settle in for a bit and then order supper there, when we were told they were closing much earlier than I think anyone expected. Not really a problem, just wish it would be something to enjoy into the evening, not just for lunch and tea.
