Professional staff, consistent service, great food, good wine list.

We (my partner and I) were downtown unexpectedly and showed up with no reservations. Staff were gracious and seated us right away. We had a lovely and memorable meal!

We went there for Dine Out and were very impressed with the food and ambiance. It became our favorite immediately. Highly recommend!

Very good Italian food, not just pasta and pizza but a varied menu which is consistently good. Can be a bit noisy, ask for a table in the outside terrace section.

This restaurant blew us away! To start off the staff are incredible, very professional and warm. Our server Jamie was top notch, from making great recommendations for our meal to pacing the courses perfectly, he's the definition of a professional server. The food was the best we had on our trip to Vancouver. We started with a feature pate that was light in texture but dense in flavour, and a perfect Parmesan souffle. We shared a bunch of the pastas which were just incredible, you can't go wrong with any choice, my favorite was the tagliatelle Bolognese. Last we had the Osso bucco and lamb. Both were impeccable but special mention to how tender and melt-in-your-mouth the lamb was.. the fat was rendered so perfectly, a beautiful mid-rare cook and tasty sear. Last but not least, the best tiramisu I've ever had. From the moment the hostesses opened the doors for us, every single thing about our visit to CinCin was perfect. Looking forward to trying other restaurants from the same company because they have fine dining nailed!
