Donnellan's Irish Pub - Vancouver

The restaurant does not honor their prices! The menu advertised a promotion for a bucket of beer or seltzer for $20 each. I asked our server if the promotion was valid, and he confirmed it. However, when we received the bill for 5 buckets, we were charged the full price! When I inquired about the discrepancy, the server claimed to speak to the manager who then informed me that he was the manager and refused to honor the promotional offer, despite it being clearly written on the menu.

On a Friday night at 9:00, after 15 minutes of searching, you finally stumble upon a place where great Irish music is playing and you instantly feel at home. Heading to the bar to order food, you are informed by the bartender that the kitchen is closed. It's only 9:00 on a Friday night, can't we keep the party going? Nonetheless, it was a beautiful event with a great band playing that evening.

I ordered a full Irish breakfast with mushrooms and tomatoes. The potatoes were served as fries, but the mushrooms were canned and the tomatoes were only 1/4 of a full tomato. Overall, I would say it was a subpar Irish breakfast. However, the service was good and the atmosphere was excellent. I would recommend going there for a few Guinnesses and watching a football match while there.

Live music, great beer, great Craic. Stayed here longer than expected because it was so much fun. Great crowd here, too.

Very bad customer service!!! !, me and my friend were sitting at the bar and we asked to go out to smoke a cigarette, they asked for my phone and i said okay , and after i came back i asked the guy on the bar to give me back my phone and he said exactly ill give your phone when im ready ,and he was shouting at me after i asked him to speak to a manager and he said im the manager . Even the lady on the bar was disrespectful,I payed for me and my freinds beer that we didn?t finish and i left ,l. This is the worst experience i have ever had in a bar in my whole life , i don't think he is manager , if so i would like to be contacted by the manager because this is really unacceptable
