Miss Korea Bbq - Vancouver

The food was delicious, but the service was lacking. We had to wait for at least 10 minutes before our server took our drink order, and had to flag her down. She was not very patient when we asked questions about the menu, and we didn't feel very welcome. We won't be coming back anytime soon.

We have been coming to this restaurant for a long time, but recently we have had a very unpleasant experience. The owner always comes to our table, cooks the meat, gives us instructions on how to eat, and disrupts the dining experience. Everyone has their own way of enjoying their meal, and we prefer to be left alone to savor our food without interference. While we appreciate the delicious dishes, we were put off by the owner's intrusive actions and we do not plan on returning. We were upset when he took over the cooking process and added ingredients without considering our preferences, making us uncomfortable.

Food quality is decent, a bit overpriced i'd say. but what is worse is the service.The server seems not liking her job. she was just throwing plates around. never check on our table. she would clean up other table and made a huge noises cleaning. we ordered BBQ but she didn't bother to change the grill. I should have read the reviews.I hope there is more training on the customer service. it's the basic thing to have especially for F&B industry.

Service was exceptionally fast and friendly for a Korean restaurant! Very nice servers and staff! The food was very delicious! The bathrooms needed some attention.

I visited this restaurant about a year ago with a friend when we were looking for a quick bite to eat while walking down the street. We decided to skip the BBQ items and instead ordered some soup, fried dishes, and a few appetizers. The appetizers were delicious, especially the kimchi and pickled daikons, which were so flavorful that I couldn't resist ordering more. They paired perfectly with rice. The fried vegetables, including pumpkin and carrot, were sweet and maintained the freshness of the vegetables. The service was decent, not exceptional but not terrible either. I'm not sure how things are now, but I hope their kimchi and daikons are still as tasty (I assume they are homemade). They also offer great options for vegetarians with their vegan appetizers.
