Visited vancouver, bc from washington, dc usa (friends from ca) at the weekend. that was really the highlight of our visit. when they leave the aircraft at the airport of vancouver, they are immediately enveloped in their love and respect for their first people. it is. genuine and somewhat transcendent. this was our first advance in the indigenous food and such a joy. local foods and drinks, wonderful little restaurant ambiente and impeccable staff, they give them only the right amount of history to connect the journey that will take their palate soon to their history, habits and culture. the menu is small, but the whole food is exceptional and they just can't go wrong. embody these restaurants, what a food should be and experience to celebrate our loved ones and our cultures.
