La Cantinetta - VARENA

Small trattoria in a small village of the fiemme valley. offers local food with genuine products. the table service is fast and characterized by courtesy and availability. excellent cake with fresh apricots and also strudel according to the traditional recipe. I recommend to make a stop by taking a lot of care to cross the road to go from parking to the trattoria. the risk of being overwhelmed by cars passing is not negligible.

An excellent alternative August with products (of which some slow food) at km zero, goose, but light clothes in a cool place with sometimes characteristics. for the first time we found a place that asked for the green pass, also this denotes an eye to friendly managers to the safety of the commensali. Good.

Our first dinner in the valley of fiemme and was immediately love! we took for appetizer meat salada carpaccio, with apple chutney and Trentingrana scales, really great, green spazles (a little fool for my gooses) to butter with speck and groestel, a pork dish, with onion bacon potatoes and an egg to the eye of oxes, really unknowing for me (I solved of salt,) I was very happy, also of the service, quick and kind.
