The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. However, the atmosphere was a bit lacking, scoring only a 3. While it wasn’t unpleasant, it didn’t have the inviting or lively vibe that I had hoped for. Overall, a good experience thanks to the excellent service!

I wish I could give M Patate a full 5 stars, but I've noticed something has changed about their fries during our last two visits. The fries we used to look forward to were perfectly salty, greasy, and crisp with a lovely golden color. Now, they seem a bit limp and soggy. It's such a disappointment! Nonetheless, whether crispy or soggy, we still find ourselves coming back for more. Making a trip to M Patate has become a cherished tradition every time we visit Boucherville.

The food here is top-notch, especially the Grosse Frite Familiale and Frite Familiale—both are must-tries! The fries are delicious and generously portioned, making them perfect for sharing. The service, while decent, could use some improvement, but it didn't detract from our overall experience too much. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance; it's inviting and comfortable, making it a great place to enjoy a casual dinner. Parking is a breeze with plenty of spaces available, and it's all free! Overall, I highly recommend this spot for a satisfying meal at a great price.

I went there yesterday with my family after my father, who lives nearby, recommended M Patate for having the best fries ever. Unfortunately, we were disappointed when we all ordered poutine. One young guy started making our orders, but then he went on his break, and the boss took over. This was a disaster! The boss skimped on everything, using very little cheese and sauce, and the plastic dish wasn’t even full. We left feeling very dissatisfied, and I’m not sure if I’ll return, especially with so many other exceptional places nearby like Pizzeria Varennes and Welat Pizza. The only positive aspect of our visit was that the place was really clean. However, the boss should have made more of an effort for us as new customers. That’s how you attract people! - Linda
