Írjon visszajelzéstAfter eating here years ago, we managed to visit again. The restaurant got bigger thanks to the outside space they managed to occupy. Service was great, staff was very attentive and friendly. Now let’s talk about the food: just incredible. We had the “degustation” menu, which is 6 courses. The risotto with truffle and courgette flowers was very creamy and delicate , the ravioli had an amazing meat sauce and the costine di maialino were very tender and full of flavour. And only for 35 euro per person!
I had the pleasure to visit this restaurant this week with my clients and the experience was superb. Food, service, location everything was 5 Star. Thank you so much.
Friends, Claudio and Manuela Tagliani, who know the owners invited us here for lunch, actually for the second time. Warm and welcoming atmosphere as you enter into the humdrum of busy chatter mixed with laughter from the 'locals ' as well as folk from further afield out in the country to enjoy a Sunny Sunday outing. The kitchen serves traditional food made with genuine ingredients, much of it grown by the restaurant themselves and the dining room staff who are all members of the family see to it that you get the best service possible. They are all passionate about making sure that you have a positive experience. Very good winelist which includes labels from some of the finest local vineyards. With GPS Navigation systems there will be no reason why anyone should not find their way here. Bosmenso is a very cute hamlet to act as a backdrop to a visit for a genuine Italian experience not corrupted by international pressure! Thanks Claudio.
Congratulations. excellent experience at the buscone restaurant. Despite the locality is located in a characteristic village but rather isolated in the pre-Apennine part of the pavement beyond, you will not find yourself on a farm “simple” with genuine food but in a cozy restaurant with proposals with a minimum of reprocessing in combinations and well presented. all with a punctual service and an absolutely average price for perceived quality. Congratulations to the family, continue like this!
I was for the first time at the buscone Saturday evening 22 January with my wife, curious from the signal of the slow guide food osterie of Italy 2022 and from a friend who would like to go there. finding the place in the dark was not trivial, but I must say that the village of bosmenso is in itself a lovely and unexpected place, like the restaurant. possibility of menu degistation and à la carte menu (and already this is a point in favor, not always in fact you want to eat appetizer, 2 first, 2 seconds and sweet, although in the format of degotation is small portions.) good risotto with artichokes and saffron pistils (although I have to say that these pistills are practically colorless and I would say even little fragrant expectations perhaps a traditional yellow risotto would pay more. ) good and delicious braised ravioli, a classic of the cuisine of the Oltrepò, although perhaps I would have cooked them a few more minutes is not a spago to go to the tooth but here more ravioli. really excellent wet boar that dissolved in mouth and for nothing stump as often happens with wild boar, good ribs of caramelized pork, although not tender and unfortunately served with roasted potatoes that I thought were of the previous day. big barn sorbet. all watered by a great bonarda of the house, but if you want I am sure that there is a beautiful wine card and very suitable for the dishes proposed, the room is well maintained, clean and well managed, in short, an experience certainly to be repeated with friends, hoping that the owner and the sisters (as I read in a local guide) can arrange the few things out known. one last point: very honest account, in the average area with an excellent value for money.
