Vingstedcentret - Vejle

For a business lunch this place offers an excellent buffet, with a selection of the traditional hot and cold Danish foods for a frokost , but with a contemporary take rather than the boiled beyond recognition and drowned in thick, brown gravy The selection of cheeses to follow is slim, but fitting. The coffee however is horrible. Borderline airline standards. Do NOT go here for the coffee(! oh, but go for a walk before or after: Vejle Ådal is in the backyards, and the views are idyllic. A brisk walk along the Ådal takes you to an iron age bridge and a small fortification on a steep hill. Well worth a visit (some 5 km/3 miles back and forth .

The fish was very good, fresh and tasty. Excellent the vegetable choice. We tasted also the meat and was really OK. The beer was very OK and the personnel was professional.

Went on workshop with the job we ate lunch it was okey, the dinner was boring and was like the Danish supper- Steg -is dinner

The rooms are absolutely outdated, small and not comfortable. Despite the information that there is an A/C in rooms, there is even no ventilation in the rooms or in the curse. To be honest, I felt great in the hotel, as the staff really had their effort, the guests feel comfortable and they were very friendly and helpful. eating was very good and tasty, as well as service. location is wonderful.

Beautiful rural location for a conference. the building is pleasantly decorated and comfortable. the staff is helpful and friendly. the kitchen staff has taken up my diverse food sensitties well (the eating was delicious.) the hotel is just a short trip to kolding and vejle and the shreddstones. on the bottom there was no air conditioning in our room, and it was late in juni there, it was hot and full in our room. the window can be opened, but does not bring much air circulation and can be sprinkle (no screen I also wish there was a small refrigerator in the room that is common in Canadian hotels. Finally, there were sprinkles on the outside of the building that formed the rig in the windows.
