Venezia Restaurant Bar - Venice

Terrible experience. After waiting for 15 minutes with only four available workers serving four tables, they couldn't decide whether to seat us or not, even though we had a reservation through OpenTable. The bartender eventually noticed we were being neglected and recommended that we find our own seats. We decided to leave.

I took my group for the London Broil Special. Excellent food, receiving servers, great in-house happy hour all made for a very special meal. A wonderful experience. Thank you.

We ordered salads and the stone pizza. - The best pizza I had in Venice, FL. A fantastic culinary experience. My compliments to the warm and competent staff.

Sended for her Easter brunch buffet. The buffet food was comparable to a cheap hotel with a free breakfast. Nothing's fresh. All came in and just heated. We rose twice from our table and returned to find our table completely deleted, containing napkins. When we arrived, we sat in the back corner on a wooden table with a table cloth. The room was about one with many empty tables with tablecloths. When we asked if we could have one of those we were told that they were reserved, although we had made reservations one week before and the tables remained unused all the time we were there. We won't be back.

When we arrived they were not expecting us. We had a party of 12. Stated they were having a problem with Open Table. They did accomadate us. Food was excellent. Service average.
