Lalo's Italiano - Ventura

I went here with a party of 4 on a very quiet Saturday afternoon. Three ordered sandwiches (meatball, and BLT with fried egg) and I had a frittata. Everything was fantastic and beautifully prepared. This includes their fries, onion rings, and the lovely side salad they were willing to substitute for fries. Frittatas also make great leftovers.

Employees have always been nice and a pleasure to chat with.

Wonderful atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. Mostly really yummy food. Great menu variety for vegetarians and gluten-free people. I had the Chicken arribiata and my husband had the lasagna. Prices are reasonable. We will return.!

The food lacked flavor, and the lasagna fell apart when I tried to cut into it.

The pasta was delicious, and the server and staff were exceptional!
