Absolutely delightful! The olive oil tasting room offers a variety of unique options and gift items. It was such a wonderful experience!

I should mention the warm and friendly staff we encountered during our visit. Last weekend, we returned to Ventura, this time without the holiday hustle, allowing us to enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere than on my first visit. I sampled various flavored oils and vinegars and discovered a few new favorites. We bought a seasonal fruity balsamic that has a light touch and an incredibly fruity flavor that truly captures the essence of berries. We’ve enjoyed it drizzled over lemon cake and ice cream—delicious! I should note that when we visited on a Saturday afternoon, the fantastic bread had just sold out. They receive fresh bread six days a week, but it tends to go quickly, as I learned. If you visit, expect a cheerful atmosphere and helpful staff who will guide you to the delicious world of Mediterranean quality.

The strawberry balsamic vinegar is worth its trip to ventura. I could drink it. as my dress on a salad in a restaurant. so good. tomorrow for more
