Live Young Kitchen - Vergennes

I ordered the falafel bowl and it was absolutely delicious! I really appreciate that the falafels are baked instead of fried. I also loved the oatmeal cookies and the banana nut smoothie, and I can't wait to return! I just wish your restaurant was closer to my commute; the food is so fantastic that I actually drive 30 minutes out of my way just to grab it before work!

The food here is absolutely delightful and feels uniquely satisfying compared to most meals I've had. I always leave feeling great after dining here. The owner is exceptionally kind, and you can really taste the care he puts into his dishes. I'm particularly impressed by the variety of gluten-free options available. Meals like this are usually quite pricey, but the prices at Live Young are very reasonable. This will definitely become my go-to spot for lunch from now on. I highly recommend giving it a try!

We stumbled into this gem in Vergennes not far off route 7 our way back down from Burlington. First rate. Super fresh ingredients. Friendly owner proud of his menu.
