Írjon visszajelzéstI’m a trucker and used door dash and I was looking for something healthy and this came up . So I ordered the soup and sandwich omg it is so good . I will def. Order from Zupas again it’s so greasy and flavor I got the turkey and bacon sandwich with avocado and the tomato basil . This place deserves a ten star . Wish Tennessee had this .
How can a place continue to be so amazing at every single location?? The rewards app has the best rewards I've ever seen with free drinks every day! At my local burger restaurant the rewards are always just a dollar off, but these rewards are really something! And on top of that the food is good also!
Today we ordered lunch in due to a busy work schedule. My mom kept telling me to try this place and I wish I'd listened! The food is very fresh and feels like a better Panera. As a vegetarian, I was thrilled to se they had a plant based chicken sandwich. I'm so excited that I plan to also share this in a local Moms group as there are many local vegetarians looking for better options. We got two sandwiches to split the grilled cheese and the veggie chickn sandwich. Both delicious with fresh pesto and the softest ciabatta. As for soup I got creamy mushroom and my husband got the chickpea. They were both so fresh and didn't feel overly thick like some of the cream soups at Panera. Each soup came with bread and a chocolate covered strawberry. Such a great surprise! We def plan to make this our go to lunch spot! Thanks Zuppa for providing proper, thought out vegetarian options. It's much appreciated
Always great for catering sandwich trays ! Salads good too. Personally desserts are too sugary for me, so we don't get those
The menu items are generally excellent and price/provision ratio is acceptable. Staff deployment/allocation is, however, extremely poor, and this results in even the most pedestrian order taking, it seems, 20 minutes to complete. Staff on duty seemed improperly deployed and the apparent manager ill-equipped to adjust or correct as required. In summary, good food, poor apparent human resource use and management. The larger Hispanic woman, the titular manager, needs to be trained on staff deployment so that, when multiple customers are standing in line for the privilege of being debriefed of their order vis a vis her rather acerbic demeanor, she somehow figures out how to shift, say, a person wiping down tables, to a register or order taking role to ameliorate the queues that otherwise quickly manifest yet slowly (painfully so) resolve. Other reviewers have noted the same bottleneck and whatever bot responds to these reviews insists that the operations team will be apprised of the situation but apparently either said team is asleep at the wheel or AWOL or both. Longitudinally speaking, nothing seems to have changed.
