Cold Stone Creamery - Vernon Hills

I love the flavor of the waffle cone; it has a delightful mix of vanilla and cinnamon. In addition, I tried the sweet cream with Oreo and peanuts combo. I really appreciate how they mix the ice cream and ingredients together before serving it in the waffle cone.

I had ice cream here once and decided to try their cold stone specialties. However, I didn't enjoy them very much—perhaps it's just not my taste, as I prefer to avoid fresh fruits in my ice cream. I then opted for the regular flavors, and they were excellent! My favorite is the strawberry cream. The parking can be a bit limited here, but the establishment is well-maintained and clean.

I'm thrilled to discover that Cold Stone Creamery now offers a vegan option! It was absolutely delicious, and I can't wait to go back for more!

They were incredibly busy on the first truly nice and warm day! The team worked extremely hard to get everyone their orders as quickly as possible. The staff was super friendly and they truly are the real MVPs of Spring/Summer! Thank you!

Ice cream top notch Customer service meh We called this place before heading there to confirm they are actually open till 11pm on Saturday night. The guy who answered the phone, and served us ice cream upon visit (I know it was same person coz he's was the only male employee there that night), said we close at 10pm. We rushed to the location to only find out they close at 11pm and the door time sign said so too. He wasn't really into providing any customer service. One of ice cream was made wrong and he had to remake it. Asked to taste 2 flavors to which he rolled eyes and made a face. And then took forever to make one of the shake we ordered.
