Kuma’s Sushi Bowl - Vernon Hills

This is one of my kids favorite places. Always great food. I typically share the Gluten Free bowl with my wife. We aren't Gluten free but its just yummy and big enough to share. Miso is good and the price is right. The long bench is showing some wear and needs to be redone. I think they have the same spa music on repeat but SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES. The food is good enough that the music and atmosphere doesn't matter.

Complimentary miso soup was salty. Employee was fast and rude. Food was not good quality. I’ve had amazing poke bowls and the tuna and crab just came in a big ball. Hard to seperate. Crab was not good quality. Tasted like imitation crab and it was made in 5 seconds. I got the fire bowl. Will not be coming again. And too expensive!Food: 2/5

I am of Asian descent. I found this restaurant on the internet. I was staying near Gurnee and drove over to their location. I had a tuna bowl which was Outstanding. They also have complementary miso soup with your order. If I am ever within 25 miles of this place, I am going to eat here again. I felt price was moderate for the amount of food I got. Very Satisfied and Very Happy I found this place.

Came in right before closing. I got the deluxe bowl. Extremely good. Portions were terrific. Lots of salmon and crab, seaweed salad is great. Also they have complimentary miso soup while you wait. 10/10 will be back soon.
