Denny's - Vernon

Denny's is always a great place for breakfast (lunch has great options as well). Their pancakes are the best and you can never go wrong with the Moons over Myhammy, (I always switch out my hash browns for seasoned fries). The reason for the 4 stars is the condition of the bathrooms, so many restaurants just don't keep them clean enough. I'm always concerned about the cleaning standards of the restaurant if the bathrooms are not being looked after properly. The restaurant appeared clean but could use a refresh some surfaces are getting a bit worn. Staff were fantastic they were very pleasant and went out of their way to ensure we had a great visit to this Denny's location.

Just went for the second time and noticed that the portion size of the hashbrowns was bigger. Also, ordered a side of 2 buttermilk pancakes and was pleasantly surprised that it was only charged 1.59 instead of the expected 5 bucks. Waitress Brook B. was very attentive and checked in on us frequently. Overall, had a good brunch experience with great Covid protocols in place, including shields between booths. The cake batter milkshake and veggie omelette were excellent, although I wish the hashbrowns portion was even bigger. Overall, a great dine-in experience.

Very yummy food and excellent food. I went on a Sunday afternoon when it was quite busy. Despite that I was seated within a reasonable time and my server Celina was delightful and attentive. My food arrived hot and fresh again within a very reasonable time despite it being very busy. Hats off to the staff!

Dori was extremely pleasant during our visit. Despite it being a very busy morning, she ensured that our large group was taken care of without feeling rushed. This was the best experience we have ever had at a Denny's, and coming from Vancouver, her customer service exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Dori, for a fantastic experience!

I regularly visit Dennys on Fridays with a group of friends, and the food is consistently delicious. The service is excellent and the breakfast options are outstanding. Every dish is cooked to perfection and the portions are generous. The pancakes are particularly delicious and I highly recommend trying them if you haven't already.
