I have 2 kids so I'm a frequent visitor to White Spots around greater Vancouver as well as Triple O's and typically have very good meals and service.

Terrible, no greet, no drinks, an hour to get cold burgers, had to ask twice for cutlery and the manager was like the teenager from the Simpsons with the

Atmosphere was terrible! A man (not a chef, appeared to be a manager?) kept yelling at the waitress in the kitchen and we could hear it all. Our waitress was good but her energy was 'off' perhaps due to being yelled at during her shift. Food was not at all up to standards of other White Spots. Building looked run down. Not a happy vibe at all.

DONT eat here. Locals know enough to stay away, but it traps many tourists with the name 'white spot'. the place is dirty, the staff are slow and have an attitude, and i got food poisoning AFTER they gave me a $10 coupon to come back, after I emailed the manager to voice concerns the first time about the lack of cleanliness. things have never improved. skip it.
