Dunkin' - Vero Beach

For two donuts. The girl gave me two who sat on the side instead of all the racks left. When I came home, it was obvious that the donuts they sold me were DAY OLD, STALE and HARD. Seriously?!!! All you need to do is sell people FRESH, QUALITY FOOD and drinks! WORST Donuts ever. I can't say anything about the drinks or sandwiches, but I don't guarantee it.

This used to be my go to every morning and afternoon for iced coffee, used to get my coffee right now with the new management it's horrible, I always get Splenda in my coffee, the past 3 times I've received my iced coffee was horrible, tasted like regular hot coffee(warm) and from what I could tell no Splenda and used to get my refill for 1.59 which is half price of the regular now I get charged 2.66 for a refill so basically 60 cents off for a refill which is ridiculous. They've always been understaffed but the old staff at least got my coffee right. Used to be greeted with a smile unfortunately that doesn't happen now. I hope they fix these issues if not I'll be going elsewhere for my coffee.

RUDE! I waited for a curbside order for over 20 minutes. Meanwhile watched at least 10 people walk in and out with their orders. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I though maybe the order didn’t go through on their end. I did not want to go inside because I had two sick children in the car with me, but they would not answer the phones either. Unable to contact them I ended up having to go inside. The employee told me they did not have what I ordered. Why did they not come out and tell me this? His response was that he was too busy with other customers who were more important since they came into the store. My order was quite literally In their system before people who came in and waited in line for their orders. This guy obviously doesn’t understand how mobile ordering works. On top of it all, he was rude and condescending with how he spoke to me. I ended up leaving without any of the food or drinks I paid for and two very upset and sick children. I understand being stressed and busy, but he could have handled the situation way better. Totally unacceptable.

8:30 in the morning I called and ordered 5 joes coffee, it was busy, they even told me that it would take a minute, but they quickly got inside me and out. thank you, ladys! her hard work is noticed

Great service. much better than the one with the drive-thru on the us1 and the 4th street.
