Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

Every time we visit, we encounter the same young man, and it's becoming a problem. He seems to have an attitude and isn't very friendly. He struggles to welcome customers properly. When you pay by card, he walks away while you need to sign, which is quite frustrating. I understand that everyone has off days, but this has happened three times now. I don't think we’ll be returning anytime soon; it’s just not as good as it used to be.

I reached out to Rita's for assistance in treating my mother, who lives in Florida, and I was helped by Molly. She was incredibly sweet and helpful, and she never made me feel like my questions were silly. I truly appreciated her kindness! Thanks to her, my mother was able to enjoy a lovely ice cream. It's the little things that matter!

The customer service was exceptional—the ladies at the counter treated both me and my mother with great kindness. When my mother inquired about an item that was out of stock, she was very polite about it. The milkshakes were also delicious. I will definitely return!

The Gelati was really delicious, but the staff at this point did not welcome us when I came with my family. The girl who worked at that time made us feel hastily and was not at all kind. The open character was switched off well even before closing. Total great product, but unprofessional staff and welcoming atmosphere

Italian ice is decent but guy working the past few times weve been here on Sundays has zero customer service. Also, store doesn 't open on time and he walks around doing nothing whole we wait outside and place is randomly closed in middle of shifts with sign at bank . He is certainly not helping with business, we left after a while of him not acknowleging us outside.
