Al Carro Armato - VERONA

Really enjoyed our meal here tonight had a large salad with speck and parmigiana to share, followed by a pasta dish each with a side of roasted vegetables and calf foot with onions. Delicious! Service was great, the staff were very attentive.

Osteria al Caroarmato is one of my favorites in Verona--not just for the food but for the whole experience. It is a very good traditional taverna style osteria with great regional food and wine. It is a fun place to come with friends or to come and strike up a conversation with tablemates. They prepare all the traditional dishes of Verona.

Burrata and grilled Veg was good. Mixed meat pasta was good. Service was fine. Wine by the glass was ok. We were the only people. It’s fair to say that the welcome wasn’t the most effusive. The bread was horrid.

We had a great meal, with wholesome food, a great service and expert wine advice from the owner. We loved the pasta dishes and the meat! Maybe the starters were a bit pricey for what we had.

Dined here with some friends of mine. The venues are conveniently located in the pedestrian area just a few steps away from historical buildings. It is a traditional restaurant offering some of the traditional food you're supposed to find in this City. Service is super friendly and food is great. Prices are fair
