China Bistro - Vestavia Hills

I?ve been frequenting this establishment since our family discovered it during the pandemic and their food is awesome! I have been at 915 and the food is just as fresh as if it were during the lunch rush. They have wonderful spring rolls, soups, moo googai pan, and Mongolian chicken/beef are all wonderful. Haven?t had a negative experience here yet and we have been well over 20times.

Hands down the best food ever. Super fresh. Very friendly people in there is my favorite so far and I will recomend it 100 times

Excellent service, quality of food, and preparation for takeout! We are very selective where we eat and China Bistro gets tops marks from us. Our favorites are moo goo gai pan(for a healthy option!

The food comes out lightening fast and is always good quality. I usually get dinner here once a week when I work overnight and I have never been disappointed. Staff is friendly, space is clean and price for what you get ratio is amazing.

My husband decided he wanted Chinese food so we called about 30 mins before closing and they said 5-10 mins to pick it up. He went and got the food and the egg drop soup was over cooked because the eggs were gummy and the wontons were STALE!! The foodtasted like it had been sitting there and they warmed it up when we called and the beef and broccoli had no flavor. We will notbe eating here again, just because we ordered kinda late does not mean you give your customers anything in a container!!
