First Watch - Vestavia Hills

Great food, but the slowest place on earth!!! I had the insidious Italian. It was a delicious omelet with sausage, tomatoes and red pepper. It comes with an Arugula salad and this very textured wheat/oat bread. All different flavors are incredible! But it will take FOREVER to get someone, wait for you and get your food!

Nice to have a breakfast spot in that locale. I had the steak and eggs which was ok, the fried potatoes were not good. My wife had the egg credible omelet which was nice. I will definitely try it again. The manager was very friendly

I’ve been going here since 2017 and I’ve always had a great experience! The waiters and waitresses are always very attentive. The atmosphere is wonderful and I love the openness of the restaurant. They have a variety of items to choose from , from healthy to hearty! Their coffee is amazing and you can even purchase it, one of my favorite starters is the Kale Tonic it’s so refreshing , I would highly recommend if your looking for a nice brunch place with great eats .

Everything was delicious from the drinks to the food. The wait was about and our so we waited out on the patio. We tried all of the fresh juice drinks while waiting and drying our meal. We ordered the French toast and smoke salmon and veggie frittata and my sister has the steak omelette. The grits weren’t all that, but we would definitely return.

This is my favorite location!! Especially on the patio! Bria is a fantastic server My favorite client and I meet here on the regular. If you have never tried eggs Benedict, get any one of the regular ones- I’ve tried them all and they’re scrumptious!! But the seasonal crab cake one… omg I like to share it and get an extra side of greens… makes two meals for me. If I could sum up First Watch in one item on the menu, well can’t so how bout just three items? Morning Meditation
