Crestline Bagel Company - Vestavia

I'm not quite sure why I keep giving this place another chance. Maybe it's because of all the positive reviews, but I consistently leave feeling let down. It could also be the time of day I visit. Regardless, they are very slow, and the staff can sometimes be rude, though usually they just seem indifferent. The bagels are decent, but they are quite stingy with the cream cheese. The waiting area is cramped and uncomfortable, often leaving you in a corner or outside, or standing by the door until someone finally tells you to close it. So, in the end, you wait a long time only to be disappointed. I suppose I might return after some time, hoping for a better experience, as I really do enjoy a good bagel with lots of cream cheese.

Fantastic quality food and a huge selection. Our new weekend routine is for me to go pick up a Nova bagel for myself and a cinnamon roll for the wife. During COVID we've been getting takeout, but the patio area is beautiful, especially with all the plants surrounding you from Leaf Pedal, the nursery next door. I can't believe it took us this long to go. My wife thanks you for the best homemade cinnamon roll around.

The food quality was very disappointing. I ordered the roasted vegetable sandwich, but it wasn't made with focaccia bread as I expected. Moreover, there were barely any vegetables in it. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.

Great food, but not order online. You've screwed my order several times and you haven't given any excuses. You also do not answer the phone, so forget to ask for a refund. Love their vanes and all bagels!

The muffins here are excellent, especially the pumpkin and German apple varieties. However, I believe they should take names with orders to avoid confusion. I ordered an iced coffee, but it was mistakenly taken by two other customers, and I ended up waiting 20 minutes to receive my drink. The lady at the counter was very helpful once I explained my issue, and she kindly set my drink aside for me, which I really appreciated!
