Martin's Douglasville Fairburn Road

I am surprised that they stay as busy as they do at times. Often, these days I find myself waiting 30 minutes to get breakfast or lunch. Lunch. I love this establishment very much and will continue to visit. Definitely needs a good scrubbing of the tables, trays, and floors more often. When you run out of biscuits at 10:00 a.m. That's a problem. If you substitute your chicken biscuit with a chicken sandwich because they are waiting on the oven,. It shouldn't take 25 minutes to get a bun.

I tried to get a coffee cup with a friend that's new to area they said she couldn't get it had to go on Internet and order.she don't know how like me but tried and they wanted to sell it to her.cant a senior please get one?I'd send address she really loved the one she saw

Biscuits are the best! Love the tenderloin egg and cheese large biscuit!!!

Not my favorite location. Staff are rude to customers. I get it they are busy but you can't speak to customers like trash.

Employees obviously don't want to be there and manager doesn't seem to care about employees or customers and is very rude. The dining room was dirty and napkin dispencers were empty. Asked for some butter and manager refused to provide it. Wife asked for butter on her biscuit and it was just dumped over the top of the biscuit.With the prices, food and service should be excellent and that is not the case here. I've been coming to this Martin's for more than 20 years and the service and food is the worst it's ever been.
