Brasserie La Coupole 1912 Restaurant Resto Bar

Recently had the winter menu and the salads and foie gras were absolutely delicious!

We ate dinner there as part of the hotel stay at the Astra. They have a nice glassed in part of the eating area, make sure to get a table there. The food experience was mixed. The perch was nicely done, the aspergas soup on the other hand was much too sweet, and the vegetarian risotto heavy and overpowering. Good size portions. Overall pricey for what you get.

Superb service, magnificent cuisine and a dessert to die for. I took starter and dessert from the Tasting Menu! Price per person: CHF 30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
