Good place fast food style for a fast and substantial meal. Fried chips are particularly good. Burger sandwiches can be customized by choosing from 18 sauces. Friendly staff and ready to recommend the best combined with the greatest savings. In the end you spend little by eating a quality hamburger. The only flaw, if we say so, is that this place is located in a little hidden street in the center of Vicenza, not very easy to find if you do not know that it is there.

Bad experience.... I took a sandwich with the chicken, and inside she had a poor crush on her. I spent 7€ euros of sandwich and left everything there. The owner saw the whole scene, but he didn't even ask me what didn't go, he pretended nothing. A lady at the table next door took the same sandwich and left there whole, but in that case they went to ask her why and also refunded her money!!! A real injustice, because not only did he ignore me, but he also made age differences!!! Perhaps a young man has no right to eat a decent meal and a refund??? And I repeat that the lady had done nothing more than me to complain, she simply left the sandwich there just like me. So I don't understand this disparity. A real shame. Too bad because initially the owner seemed also sympathetic. As for the environment it is dirty, especially the bathrooms. Potatoes were decent. Surely I will not return!
