Bon Sushi 2 - Victoria

Used to enjoy the in the restaurant and good service. tonight the two servers spent 97% of their time with deliveries that leave us, the only two in the house restaurants customers waiting and get little service. tempera was also boiled. I understand that covid was not friendly to serve the industry, but please decide to either focus, take or treat yourself in home customers with the same or even more, I would say attentiveness.

This is one of my favorite sushi spots in Victoria. The yam tempura roll is my go-to choice, always incredibly delicious! The staff is friendly and welcoming.

We used to enjoy the restaurant. today's service wasn't in mind. two employees spend 97% of their time to take orders that leave us, the only two in the restaurant, to wait and get little service. tempera was understated. evaluate the test times of covid, but decide to take only if this is more important and close to the house service or give the one in the house owners some attention. no apology for the departure for the service, either despite mentioning, they spend more time with departure then in home customers.

Bon Sushi shows promise, but our experience was marred by a few issues. We ordered two appetizers, but only received one, and there was a piece of plastic in the soup. The sashimi arrived partly frozen, which made it difficult to enjoy. The service was slow when getting the bill, but the rolls were delicious and the service was otherwise quick and pleasant. Despite the hiccups, we are willing to give them another chance in the future.

Best deep fried Cali roll! Plus the sunomono salad is spot on. Will forever be one of my favorites.
