Legislative Dining Room - Victoria

Really cool experience for a once and a while thing. Breakfast was okay. Standard menu. Comes quick and isn't over priced. Service was very pleasant. Security screen required to enter building so bring an ID with you. That shouldn't deter you though as it is not invasive. Better breakfast places in the area but nothing wrong with this place at all.

After reading a review on trip advisor and staying at the Hotel Grand Pacific next door, we went for breakfast. What a delight. Paul took care of us in top style. The tables all have white table clothes and great placings. The room has wonderful old pictures and a definite feeling of seeing important action. We started off with the cinnamon bun which is a must. We then had a combination of everything from The Skillet to the fruit bowl. Also a show stopper was the cheese scone. This is a hidden gem from the residents of Victoria so when the Parliment is not in session they open up to everyone. You may need reservations so check out first. You will need ID as you go through security and they keep your picture ID until you leave.

Located within the historic Victoria Parliament Buildings, this was a lovely spot for lunch. The service and food were both very good.

Not every day brings the opportunity to have a great meal in such a significant and historical place. The food and service were great. The ambiance was simply unique.

Great experience for the family, excellent food. Kids loved it. Great Customer Service. Food was excellent. No reservations were required.
