Excellent experience! With my sisters for one of our sisters. From Sheryl, the manager waited their service phenomenally. Your menu recommendations were absolutely delicious. I am from NY looking for great places with a good atmosphere this was the place Sheryl also from NY, she recognized my accent and we started to remember overall it was a wonderful evening that I highly recommend this establishment

Great slope for us residences in the Spring Valley Lake. Although some days are understaffed and crazy try to maintain what I want for the next round or check a little longer than I want. But hey, the food is great, the beers is cold, and it is walking from the house or the polite slip in the marina when we take the boat instead of going.

That was my first time in the Republic, it's great. In From NY and still looking for the best places to eat and drink. My sisters and I went to celebrate a birthday, the place was full of capacity, but the service was extraordinary that we were waited by the manager Sheryl they were also just randomly from NY and she was phenomenal! Your knowledge about the menu and all their recommendations were great! It was also great when she recognized our NY accents and we could all remember it was a great night and we will be back for our sister nights at least a month! The music of the Grease brothers moved us to this place, but the dishes and drinks were a winner!! The steaks were perfect and the loaded pommes were magical! Thank you.

We were visiting Apple Valley this past Saturday and were looking for a new place to try. My husband found this place and we were glad we tried it. It was an out of the way pub that was hopping inside. We were greeted at the door and told to pick a seat wherever we wanted. Cheryl was our server and came to greet us at the table very quickly. That woman was moving, it was busy with only the bar tender and two servers, but she was so pleasant and responsive. So how about the food? We started with apps, fried pickle spears that were delicious, crispy and not too sour, and mozzarella sticks. I didnt get those but my family said they were great. For our meals, I had the Western bacon cheese burger. It was stacked high with a large patty cooked to a medium perfection, topped with lettuce, tomates, cheddar cheese BBQ sauce, two large, crispy strips of bacon and two huge, crunchy onion rings and also served with a large portion of steak fries. I could only eat half my burger. My mom got the French dip sandwich with a side of criss cut sweet potato fries. She enjoyed here's but also could only eat half. My husband had the Bourbon Jack buger and enjoyed his. My son had the Otrega chili burger and also enjoyed his. Overall, great food, huge portions, great prices and friendly staff. Thank your staff for all their hard work!
