The funnel cake tasted as if it was fried in old chicken grease. And the center of it was uncooked. Gross! Food: 1

We ordered on the Zaxby's app and it will tell you one time but the employee informed us that it didn't matter if they were busy. It told us 12 minutes and we were told 30 minutes on arrival. Luckily the food was super fresh and hot. It was delicious and I can say that it more than made up for the lackluster service. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

I can't recall ever having a negative experience at this Vidalia Zaxby's. They remain very consistent and predictable and that says a lot. Keep up the good work.
