Subway - Vienna

Took forever to make a basic sandwich. Didn't even have warm meatballs so they had to be microwaved, asked for spinach and got maybe 5 leaves, asked for 1 line of mayonnaise and got 8. The same girl that made my sandwich rang me up at the register and charged me $3 for bacon that I didn't ask for or receive. When I brought the receipt back she couldn't figure out how to refund it and ended up just giving me $3 cash. Ate half my sandwich and the meatballs tasted funny, 30 minutes later I'm pulling off the interstate to puke it all back up. I will be calling Subway corporate to complain. This store is a sorry excuse for a subway.

Apparently just change their hours on a whim no sign that they were opening later if that's the case. Google has that it's open at this time and the hours on the door say so, but the dude just sitting in there texting and chilling said nah.

People running place were very rude. I waited at counter for a few minutes with no acknowledgement whatsoever. I can handle rude but they were ridiculous. Customer service sucks. Sandwich was sloppily made.

The person working there did not say a single word to us, he seemed like he was having a bad day and we didn't feel welcome there.

The most beautifully crafted subway sandwich I’ve ever seen. From the way the turkey slices were folded and stacked to the way the tomato slices were in an overlapping line across the bed of spinach. I wanted to take a photo it was so beautiful but didn’t want to hold up the line. I’ll be back!
