Beim Hofmeister - Vienna

We lived in Vienna for many years, and this was our go-to restaurant on rainy weekends after touring a museum. A few things have changed, of course, but everything about our meal on this return visit made us happy.

They forgot to put our order in so we sat for over an hour. When I asked them about the statues of our order they blamed the kitchen and said it would be 1 2 minutes. Then it was 15 more minutes till the food was delivered to the table. So disappointed.

Very friendly, efficient, accommodating, flexible and professional in dealing with customers in addition to delicious genuine Austrian food!

Wir haben super Wiener Schnitzel gegessen mit einem noch besseren Kartoffelsalat. Das Schnitzel war vom Kalb, deshalb Original. Die Portion reichlich. Preis im guten Mittelfeld, liegt in der Innenstadt. Getränke gut. Bedienung sehr freundlich und flott. Schön ist, das am ganzen Tag gegessen werden kann und das Lokal ganztägig geöffnet ist.

Beim Hofmeister sitzt man urig und isst sehr leckere Wiener Gerichte. Sowohl der Tafelspitz mit Rösti als auch das Wiener Schnitzel waren ausgezeichnet. Ein besseres Schnitzel haben wir nirgends gegessen. Das Weizenbier ist aromatisch frisch. Der Service ist schnell, aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen wieder!
