Rays Capitol Grille - Vientiane

Sitting on top of Capitol. I drink Margarita. Heart beats faster then usual due to alcohol. No AC, just a fan blows hot wind. After Songkran nobody went, hot, but cozy. Over the balcony you could see the lights flowing through the street, the Mekong and Thailand on the other side. Several stars, a large round bright moon. I don't think of anyone and nothing, but I should try my best to think in Vientiane this night.

Best Western food I’ve ever had in Asia, by far. I liked everything that I tried on the menu, especially the nachos. The staff is pleasant and Ralph goes out of his way to make people feel welcome.

Great view and good food and drinks. Mainly open for breakfast but also opens in the evening for dinner and drinks.

The breakfast there was amazing. It was definitely one of the better breakfasts I have had in Laos. The dinner there is pretty good also. The burgers are good sized and fill you up. Also the atmosphere and the view from the restaurant it beautiful.

Truly amazing breakfasts and great, friendly service, though definitely pricey at $2.50 for a small fruit juice!
