Írjon visszajelzéstComing from LYON, I had lunch last Sunday with my daughter and grandson at the LE CAPELLA restaurant in Château Cornu a VIGNIEU. We chose the Signature menu, at 109 euros. The welcome is perfect; the site and the interior are beautiful. The dishes are very refined and excellent with a very beautiful presentation; a lot of originality with exceptional dishes and flavors. It was a great discovery. Bravo to the whole team and especially to the Chef, who is on the table, with a nice smile. I just deplore the fact that I paid 3 bottles of flat water, 9 euros (it wasn't mineral water) And most importantly, after ordering 2 cups of champagne in aperitif with my grandson and when I asked for a second cup for me, the waiter told me that it was offered to me.... or, I paid him 19 euros on my note. I regret to have left 10 euros at the caisse for the service and for the proposed discount ....... Damage.
The home is of high quality. The "Le Capella" restaurant of Chapeau Cornu Castle is excellent. The rooms are beautiful and quiet, and the meal is sublime Everything is done with care, every recipe is worked, dressage is perfect The service is pleasant, realized by friendly and very professional staff The chef uses the products of the region, including cheeses, breads are homemade There are also sofas, mouths and mignardises with coffee. At the end of the meal The chef goes from table to table to exchange with these guests It's just perfect!
Nice place, nice welcome, beautiful room, beautiful and good service. Team listening, small care, attentive. Refined dishes, both to the eye and to the taste. Mon ptit pour le dessert Mont blanc!! I highly recommend!
After a somewhat chaotic welcome apparently not finding our reservation spent on the internet a month before having received the confirmation of it by phone, the atmosphere was then relaxed to leave room for a professional and friendly team, including a very high level of competence of its sommelier, we were able to discover and taste a meal of finesse, flavors and inventivities worthy of the greatest. A great bravo to his Chef and his team
