Barraquinha Nova - Vila Nova de Gaia

Went with family to have lunch. Fish wasn’t good. Very friendly staff but also had to wait an hour to be served. Thankfully wasn’t expensive.

Always good and fair prices, service good and probably one of best views right on the beach, been at least 5 times since my last review. Brought friends and they were here at Christmas, and few times before. They are coming to Porto a few weeks, this is one of the requested meal visits. Sometimes may have to wait for table inside.

One of my favourites lost count how many years been coming. Friendly, great kind service, honest good cooking. Worth the 40 minute train ride from porto to Granja.
