Posada Agua Pampas - Villa Ventana

We have gone to lunch several times at the hotel restaurant, but the last time we went, they served us the cold food, the ugly presentation, even seemed reheated. A shame because it's a beautiful place.

A beautiful hotel, full of peace, very pretty the heated pool. excellent breakfast very complete. the restaurant is awarded the very poor menu, the regular food I think is not very well aware, I recommend to take without a pension. the attention of excellent staff is to highlight the kindness and good predisposition of camila (10 points,) the same for victor that makes you live the park. a suggestion not even a constructive critique, we stay in the room the very nice trunk bathtub but it is very high for older people or with slight disabilities, should be taken into account. a place to recommend and return. We were 3 nights at the hotel, the building is good, very picturesque, but it is still missing. the room was very small, making it uncomfortable, the pool was not heated, the place was heated but the water was cold and not clean, had insects. lack of order in the parking lot, since the guests do not respect the assigned place and the employees do not do so. It's a shame that such a nice place doesn't work more efficiently.

We went for a work trip, 6 people. excellent. the hotel, the restaurant, the facilities, the heated pool, and the attention of the staff, to get the hat. a 5 star country style that exceeds expectations. back, of course yes !!

The place is very nice, they serve you very well, but really the Jacuzzi was cold, the pool water also, the steam sauna didn't work. We really paid a lot of money to relax and we couldn't do it since there was no good service, but the girls who work all very friendly and attentive
