Pizzeria Asso De Cope

My colleague took me here for something a little more relaxed compared to some of the more 'upmarket ' places we had been to recently. The service was very good and the pizza excellent. Of note was the beer selection a good menu of local and craft beers. The surroundings are very relaxed with the food cooked in a gallery kitchen in front of you. This is quite a nice touch. Great pizza and great beer. What could be better?

There are nights when only pizza will do. And this was an excellent choice to fill that need. A long menu will have a pizza for every taste. Our pizzas arrived quickly and they were truly excellent.

I visited this place for a lunch with my family. It’s just behind the castle of Villafranca. The restaurant is nice and modern, the menu is complete with pizzas, salads, pastas and main courses. Staff is not very friendly. I ordered a pizza with onion, tuna and spicy salami. The ingredients were delicious but I would have put a bit more of tomato sauce and onions. It was slightly too cooked, it was so so difficult cut the pizza with the knife.

Una riconferma la pizza è grande, broccoletti acciughe di ottima cucina non rimpiange la pizza napoletana, se siete in zona fermata personale amichevole ottime scelte di pizze avevo riproposto per gustare la cucina ma la pizza è troppo buona!

è accaduto per caso in questa pizzeria con la mia famiglia durante il viaggio di ritorno da una vacanza in montagna. la reception era calda e professionale fissandoci in un tavolo esterno. abbiamo preso piccole orecchie al pesto (realmente notevole) e pizze (con premium cotto i capitelli, con burrata e pomodori e quattro formaggi.) la qualità delle materie prime utilizzate è notevole e apprezzata dalle combinazioni corrette. la pizza ha solo spessore (sono disponibili diversi tipi di pasta) con una cornice di giusto spessore e consistenza. notevole esperienza da consigliare senza riserva!
