Il Pescatore - VILLAFRANCA PIEMONTE

I live no more than 4 km, but in this restaurant I had never been there. with friends we decided last time to have lunch at the fisherman. Fortunately there was room for 4 people. at the entrance we were greeted by the girl of the room, very kind (it immediately puts itself at ease) who accompanied us to the table, reserved. the room very cozy, and very clean. the place is not large, renovated very well (I think it was a stable). about the menu is based on fish, but also meat. wine paper, not very large, but with excellent choice between white, red and bubbles. we serve for fish; baked gold, salmon trout and gragnano paste with river sauce. before being offered a small (but very good) appetizer waiting for the ordered dishes. fresh mint and perfect kitchen, as well as all other dishes. a good arneis has accompanied everything. as sweet a white bunet, big. to follow the coffee, then we were offered the digestive. Finally the account: very honest in relation to the quality of food. Congratulations!

The maximum of the stars because I found myself very well, the working lunch between colleagues we were welcomed with kindness. Complete menu with 2 dishes contour and coffee 10 euro (3 dishes 12 € quite affordable,) very good food, clean bathroom, very hospitable and modern. I recommend
