The peanut chicken was incredibly delicious! Everything else was great too.

The food was all cold, except for the red sauce, which was the only warm item. I was very disappointed.

This restaurant is quite disappointing. I ordered beef and scallions, a simple dish that should be easy to get right. Unfortunately, they replaced the scallions with regular white onions. Instead of the flavorful scallions I was expecting, I ended up with large chunks of bland onions. Everything was overcooked, and they skimped on traditional Chinese condiments, resulting in a poor flavor. When I brought my concerns to the staff, they claimed there are many ways to prepare the dish. I pointed out that any authentic Chinese cookbook would confirm that scallions are a key ingredient. The reality is that the cooks in these buffets often lack proper training in genuine Chinese cuisine; they typically undergo training in Brooklyn or Queens, where they learn an Americanized version of the cooking you find in these establishments. I truly believe I could cook circles around them. They reluctantly offered me a different dish, but it was still subpar. Lesson learned!

First of all, what they sent me is not something anyone in my household would eat, so why would I have ordered it? I have no interest in trying anything "different." When I asked if they could make it right, I was informed that they were unwilling to assist. I spent $80 only to realize that I will not be returning for any future business. It seems like we're not in a position where either of us needs the other’s services.

Some of the staff there are friendly, but the woman who assisted me when I picked up my takeout was very rude during my entire visit.
