The food was delicious and the lady was so friendly. I enjoyed a pleasant brunch here.
Another chain like coffee shop/cafe fine if you like weak/bad coffee. Probably a good place to setup shop if you needed somewhere to work but keep your expectations low. The omelet I had was just ok. Hard to mess up eggs so nothing particularly notable there. Service was ok, only half of the staff was welcoming the others were indifferent.
Manhattan prices all the way out in Great Neck. A croissant sandwich with a single egg and a slice of American cheese is $11. To put that in perspective, a nice french bakery charges about $4.50 for a croissant, most places charge about $2 for an egg, and 50 cents for a slice of American cheese. For a coffee shop to be charging anything more than $7-$8 for this outside Manhattan is ridiculous. A small bottle of Poland spring water is $2.50. So for $13.50 I got a small croissant, an egg, a slice of American cheese, and small bottle of Poland spring water. Rip off.
Love this place. Their cappuccino was fabulous. Making this my regular stop when in the neighborhood.
