Hudson Valley Cheesecake

This place is absolutely addictive. Once you visit, you'll find yourself returning time and time again. The cheesecakes are simply extraordinary, and they constantly introduce new and exciting flavors and creations, like the crusties and the caramel cookie dough cheesecake. The owners and staff are fantastic and friendly, which is really helpful when I'm trying to decide how much I want to spend... I mean which flavor to choose!

This is hands down the best cheesecake I've ever had! Every flavor we've sampled (which is almost all of them) is fantastic. Now when I try any other cheesecake, it just pales in comparison—nothing beats HV cheesecake! ?

I've had my fair share of cheesecake, but Hudson Valley's cheesecake is simply the best I've ever tasted—it's unbelievable! Beyond the incredible dessert, the people there are truly wonderful. Dana even opened the shop on a day it was closed just to provide cheesecake for a company outing. That’s genuinely impressive, and I must say, it was the highlight of the event. Thank you so much!

First time at Hudson Valley Cheesecake but it definitely won’t be the last. The young man at the counter was extremely helpful and kind. I decided on the upside down pineapple cake slice and strawberry crunch slice and WOW! Best cheesecake we’ve ever had. Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.
