Roslyn boasts over a dozen restaurants, but only one truly offers a “Sense of Place.” Thyme creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere with excellent food, perfectly crafted martinis, and a dedicated and attentive staff. On weekends, you'll be treated to charming guitar troubadours. It's an ideal spot for couples.

Our waitress was quite unprofessional. She informed us that the bar was busy and urged us to place our dinner orders right away. While one of our party was ordering, she unexpectedly turned and walked away without a word. When I inquired about a local taxi company, she scolded me for interrupting her while she was working. She even raised her voice at me. Afterward, I tried to speak with the owner, leaving several messages at the restaurant. However, the owner didn’t seem concerned about her staff's behavior and only returned my calls after noticing my posts.

After waiting for two hours and receiving a multitude of excuses for the delay in our orders, we requested to speak with management. We were informed that the owner was present, but when we asked to talk to her, we were told she had gone out to get dinner. The servers were quite aloof, and overall, this experience was not worth it!
