Ají Seco - Vina del Mar

Best pisco mad. Good food, too. However, the pisco sour is another level.

The ambience, the service, the location and of course the food was delicious. We had all different seafood dishes to start with myself for a seafood appetizer dish of Sashimi with salmon and Calamari. The most important courses were from grilled octopus, for me and surfing and lawn for one of my guests, shrimps and scallops as well as grilled salmon and vegetables for the other two. The prices were very reasonable and again, all palette certainly came from the restaurant completely satisfied.

The staff was helpful and the food delicious. The restaurant has a wide variety of dishes including beef, seafood, poultry and even lamb. Nice selection of cocktails, including chicha morada and pisco sour. Prices were not more expensive than any other restaurant.

The food and service was pretty good, yet they did not have available some of the dishes offered on the menu.

This is a very well presented, refined restaurant with a white tablecloth style. The waiting staff was very attentive and the food was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place for a more formal meeting or for a business dinner. The washrooms could be improved.
