Terrible experience. I purchased a cake and a couple of candles, only to realize one of the candles was broken as soon as I left the store. When I asked for an exchange, they accused me of lying to get a free candle. Very unprofessional management. They should either improve their customer service or consider shutting down.

Certainly cannot expect Bangalore-esque cafes in Virajpet, so Pause was a nice short stopover. Had a cold coffee, which was really nice, and a hot filter coffee which needed a little more decoction. Comfortable seating, well lit.

Specialized in cakes ,shakes are so good, other bakery iteams are not so good ,price is also good, best location in the coorg virajpet

The staff at this restaurant is extremely arrogant and does not know how to properly treat customers. Their rude nature is very off-putting and I would not recommend this place to anyone. You will only end up feeling frustrated if you encounter staff members like Ganesh Madikeri.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. They charge prices similar to those in a metropolitan city, but the quality is extremely poor. Please stop deceiving people by advertising Red Velvet on the menu when in reality it's just a plain cake with red coloring.
