Terry's Steakhouse - Virginia

I found out about this restaurant a few months ago, and I am so glad I tried it. From the outside, the building doesn't look like a restaurant. Don't let the outside appearance fool you. Inside is a small town combination bar and small restaurant. When you go in, you seat yourself. A friend and I sat in a booth which was very comfortable. For my beverage, I asked for a Coke with no ice. After studying the menu, I asked for the Swiss mushroom burger with hash browns. My friend had the fried chicken sandwich with some mozzarella sticks. It didn't take long to get our food. The burger was amazing. Even before I took a bite, the scent of the burger was very good. The quality of the bun, the meat, the mushrooms, and the cheese were all great. The hashbrowns were perfect. I was also impressed with the mozzarella sticks. The seasoning that was used tasted very good. My friend was very pleased with his chicken sandwich. I highly recommend Terry's as a place to try if you are ever near Virginia. Great place! Small town diner feel and fantastic food. We had the whiskey steak meal and the steak was just as tender as a top dollar tenderloin. This will definitely be on our regular date night rotation. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was impressive, especially the Whiskey Steak and Hash Browns, which I highly recommend. However, the service was just average, and the atmosphere could use some improvement. Despite that, the meal was worth the price, and I would return for the delicious food.
