Chick-fil-a - Virginia Beach

I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD ! I bit my chicken tender and a piece of hair was in my mouth! A long black piece of hair. I have locs, so it didn?t come from my hair ! Then I asked for a refund and I?m still waiting on that. This is unacceptable and I?m just OVER It.

This Chick-fil-A seems to have a problem with their portions. The Mac Cheese was half filled and the 4-piece Chicken strips were as small as my thumb. The box looks like it has a 2 piece, not a 4 piece. For $9.15, it?s not what I paid for. This is the 3rd time this has happened. No one answers when you call to complain. Today was just like the past 2 times. Time to start going to a different Chick-fil-A. Update ...went again today, even worse. .

The worst chick fil a I?ve ever been to. They always mess up my order. I ordered a market salad with a spicy cold filet and I?m given a market salad with grilled chicken. I asked for a large drink and was given a small. Asked for a chocalte milk and was given white. Workers here are lazy and never enter orders correctly. Save your money and just drive to the Haygood location.

Quick service despite the long line however the gentleman did not scan my phone for points although I had my barcode pulled up and hanging out the window. He did try to offer to scan it if I ordered a cup of ice. I declined due to me being annoyed he didn't scan it during my actual order. Outside of that the line always moved fast.

The sandwiches at this location are getting smaller and the price is getting higher. Also, they got rid of flavored creamers and claim there is only one size coffee you can get. Don't go to this location. I went to the haygood location on Independence Much Better. My sandwich was it's normal size. The town center location hasn't met the mark since it opened.
