Panda Express - Virginia Beach

I saw a product sweet fire chicken, it looked good, but I wanted to try a sample before buying if it was too sharp, I didn't want to stick with something I didn't like. Dylan told me they wouldn't let samples in this place. So basically, if I wanted to try something new, I had to buy it and I didn't believe I was obliged to buy another food. I know for a fact that other locations like to allow customers to buy a product they consider. I think it is absolutely terrible customer service and will never again be here because of the rude staff here Dylan!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff forgot my vegetable spring roll that I preordered and paid for. When I called back to tell them it was missing they refused to replace it. I had to jump through hoops to get this issue resolved and still didn?t even get my rolls. Customer service was absolutely terrible. No apologizes or responsibility for forgetting part of my order and told me it was in the bag when it absolutely was not in the bag. I just wanted my damn spring rolls.

Nothing is wrong with this place expect that they are always rationan food to the max. Last time I got a bigger plate and took a picture of my plate had before and they looked identical. This is 3rd and final time they robbed me of my money. I've been to a lot of other pandas and this one is the worst. Here a picture of my plate with 2 servings of orange chicken. They try spreading it to make it look like 2 scoops, I clearly was looking at the person counting and letting food fall out the scoop. Not cool.

Been to a lot of Panda Express locations around the country and this is by far the most consistently disappointing one. Foods always cold and they never fill up the boxes to the standards of other stores.

I?ve been to this place more than hundreds of times. The portion and price were okay. Today was way different I?ve added two pictures for an example. One from few months ago, another one today. Today there was this worker she was wearing black jacket and no name tag. Assuming she was the supervisor. Her attitude was bad and she couldn?t understand me well. She seemed like she doesn?t know the regular portions, for example, terriaky chicken is 1 and half piece, she barely gave me a piece. After she was cleaning window, she just left the mop on the drinking section. She had a deep black eye make ups and she wore black jacket with no name on. Anyway it was really disappointing and I don?t think I?m visiting this place for a while.
