I specifically mentioned that I wanted voucher #7 as soon as they answered the call. I had also called earlier to confirm that the delivery fee was a very reasonable $2. My order should have totaled $23.99 plus tax and delivery. However, the man was extremely rude when I pointed this out. Although my order was incorrect, it looked good enough that I decided not to call back. Sal really needs to consider letting go of the rude employee who was working on October 13th at 4:05 PM. My coworkers and I often order from them while we stay at the hotel, but after this experience, I’m hesitant to continue. I’ve even shared this experience on our private Facebook group because of how I was treated. This is only the second time I’ve ever left a Google review, but I felt disrespected and confused by this individual, and I believe he deserves this feedback.
The delivery driver was very rude. If you don’t follow up, your food will arrive late. So, if you want your delivery to be on time, be prepared to give at least a $6 tip.
The pizza is delicious when it's fresh, but today I ordered a lunch special that came with two slices. Unfortunately, they took old slices that had been sitting around, heated them for about 30 seconds, and just tossed them into a box. The onions and bell peppers were raw, and the pizza was stale. The cheese they added was barely melted. It was a disappointing experience. I definitely won’t be ordering lunch from here again.
Over the years, I was a loyal customer and rated their pizza 4 to five stars. It seems that for some reason her pizza is terrible now. There is really something with the taste of the sauce, this cheese is now salty, and the pizza is diligent. It made my wife and I sick on three occasions. I understand a bad night, but that's not true anymore. I know it is due to Covid and to some extent this can be true. Maybe the previous ingredients were overpriced. I'm New Yorker and my wife is 100% Italian, so we know what good or decent pizza should be. It's not here. You lost my business and my recommendation forever. There is no return. Although I can't say safely, but I think that leaving out sauces and improper storage together with cleanliness can also be another reason that food has gone down. Go on your own risk.
Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a thin crust and the crust was not thin and it was undercooked. Doughy mess. Don?t waste your money. I called to give them a chance to correct and they said it would be another hour plus if I wanted a refund I had to leave it by my door so someone could collect it lol. Yes let me stink up the building for the other residents. What an absolute joke. Thankfully I ordered through slice who issued me a refund immediately. See pictures for floppy garbage and raw cheese.
